Our services included:
Network Support – including network design, development and implementation of a 27-site nationwide deployment.
End-user Support – including Tier 1, 2 and 3 Help Desk support.
Records Management - including document acquisition, discovery, coding, and control, and document center functions. The services include researching, identifying, reviewing, and selecting relevant documents and other materials locally and at remote field sites.
Data Validation - including developing and modifying software to detect anomalies in keyed-in data, looking up the corresponding records to determine the correct values, and making the appropriate changes.
Development of training courses and training material for litigation support topics.
End-user training (including courses for trial attorneys) in the application and maintenance of databases and systems for the Office of the Solicitor (SOL).
